Nikkei Senior Gardens Receives HUD Funding

Nikkei Senior Gardens, located in Pacoima, California, begins construction on a planned retirement community in July 2007 that is scheduled to open February 2009.

Seniority, Inc. has been engaged to oversee all pre-opening and management processes for the new community, including recruiting and training staff, obtaining licensure, developing management and marketing plans and creating an operating budget.
