Calstar Industries, Inc. and Seniority Enter Into Agreement

Seniority has entered into an agreement with Calstar Industries, Inc. to provide management and marketing services for a new retirement community under development in Chowchilla, California. Villa del Sol Retirement Community will provide retirement housing for seniors in the central valley.

Some of the services that Seniority will provide to Calstar will include staffing and training, developing management and marketing plans and creating an operating budget.

Construction on the community is scheduled to begin in November 2007 with an opening date slated for June 2009.
