Groundbreaking Celebration of the Sound View Apartment Homes at Judson Park.

Construction is underway of the Sound View Apartment Homes at Judson Park, which is a $23 million dollar project and consists of 64 high end residential living apartment homes. The new residence is scheduled to open Winter of 2008.

The Sound View Apartment Homes Ceremonial Groundbreaking Celebration will be held on Thursday, February 8th from 2:00pm until 5pm at 23600 Marine View Drive South in Des Moines, WA.

Participating will be Robert Sheckler, Mayor of the city of Des Moines, who will present during the groundbreaking program. The Des Moines City Manager, Tony Piasecki will also be in attendance.

Festivities will include musical entertainment provided by pianist, Richard Dean and heavy hors’ devours will be served during the reception. Tours of community and model apartment will be available.

Judson Park Retirement Community is a continuing care community in the city of Des Moines since 1963. The community is a non-profit organization that has received and maintained national accreditation from the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission since its conception. There are 250 residents who live on our campus and Judson Park employs more than 200 staff members.
