Judson Park Unveils New Sound Views.

Judson Park, a continuing care retirement community in Des Moines, Wash., has embarked upon a major renovation that will add 64 apartments to the community -- all with stunning views of Puget Sound. Seniority is managing pre-construction sales and marketing.

The initial phase will provide 64 brand-new residential living units, The Sound View Apartment Homes, including one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 844 to 1200 square feet. The interior will feature a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bedroom with roll-in shower or tub. Every apartment will have its own balcony, with end units having wrap-around verandas offering commanding views of Puget Sound.
